Texas A&M Overalls

Ok, so I know I haven't posted in a LONG while
Long enough for people to start telling me that they are missing me
Me? really? how sweet!
..............................
There are two reasons.
I made some great overalls for my twin nephews in MAY!
Sent them to them on the 3rd of JUNE
and they still haven't gotten them!
so I have been in a funk over that
and I've had NO orders
............................................................
My mom finally told my brother what I made them,
 so it ruined the surprise,
so maybe posting this will help me get over my funk
It is freezer paper stenciling and very careful outlining
I really liked how they turned out
I really love the back!

Now hopefully I can get them to them before the end of the football season,
or they grow out of them,
cross your fingers for me

Now for the second reason!
My husband and I purchased a boat in March

and we have been pretty busy spending every weekend on it
its nice family time

Nebraska Cornhusker Undies

My In-Laws route for the Nebraska Cornhuskers,
and it seems that the girls have almost every type of clothing possible that can be tagged with the Husker Logo.....  that is they do now
...
I made them Lucky Undies for game days
I think they like them
I only got one comment about them being "granny pannies"
(from a mean boy)
but hey, you try buying undies for other people,
its weird,
and a little unnerving
And I don't think I could have gotten everything on little stingy things
NEWayz, I made a special pair for Ashely,
I love the bobcat on the front
and the Texas State on the back is pretty sweet!

I hope they fit, and they get plenty of use out of them

Kid Divided Freezer Paper Shirts and Twins

A Couple weekends ago was the A&M Vs. Nebraska Football Game
Now this time of the year gets a little completive around our house
(between Me (Aggie) and Glen (Cornhusker))
especally when it comes to dressing our children for the game
This year I decided to make shirts
They are Kid Divided shirts!
I know you have seen the House Divided stickers on cars for A&M and TU
I especally like the back
Ike and Jo's are the same except Jo's has cordinating bows on the sleeves
And please forgive me, I have to brag about the cutest babies around,
MY NEPHEWS!
Here is Porter P!
He is wearing his Cuero Gobblers shirt
I forced a hat on his head
For some reason I don't have any pictures of Eli by himeself
I think it is because I am so excited to spend time with them that I don't want to be behind a camera
Josie and I have been driving back and forth all over Texas the see them
They are soooo cute, and quite a pair, I love being an Aunt... AuntTeague

Freezer Paper Shirts and Subway Signs

This week has been a little busy with another order for baby things, but I did manage to make my dad and Ike shirts for for their favorite show.
  BILLY THE EXTERMINATOR!!!
This was my first time using the Freezer Paper Stenciling technique.
I am so excited with the results!
What do you think? Pretty cool huh?
Want to know how I did it? Click here! Great Tutorial!
Cheri is Greatest!
We spent Saturday night with my Mom and Dad (Glen was fishing),
They are my Billy and Bobby the Exterminators!
Ike wore his to school today and told Mrs. YBarra he was Billy the Exterminator, I wonder if she knew what he was talking about.
And there they are in Dad's Toy (Alpha Romeo, he had one before we were born, and had to get rid of it, because of no back seat) They went on a Bagel Run. Said that when they got their, people were saying that they better leave because the Exterminators where there!
 Fun Stuff!!!

And Now To Another Exciting Topic!
SUBWAY SIGNS!
My Brother in Law's GF (The Future Mrs. Teague)
was so impressed with my Subway sign, she made her own!
And Here it is!
For some reason, I can't get it to stand straight up!
But doesn't it look GREAT!!!
I love that she put it on that Teal Wall!

And here is a pic of my Bro-In-Law helping her!

My mom has asked me to make her one too,
Off the Antique (AuntTeague) Festival in RoundTop TX. this weekend!
Can't wait to see what kind of ideas and goodies I come home with!

Join us Saturdays at tatertotsandjello.com for the weekend wrap up party!
